Colin Duncan is a New Jersey–based drummer, composer, and emerging voice in the contemporary jazz scene. A student of Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, he has quickly built a reputation for his dynamic playing, musical sensitivity, and strong grounding in both traditional and modern jazz forms.
Actively performing throughout the region, Duncan has collaborated with a range of ensembles and rising artists, bringing a thoughtful, rhythmically driven approach to the bandstand. His playing blends technical precision with expressive feel, making him a compelling presence in both small-group settings and larger ensemble work.

Simón Cifuentes is an emerging virtuoso beyond his years. Colombian born multi-instrumentalist, singer, and composer emerging as one of the most exciting young musical talents of his generation. Simón has made history as the youngest Latin musician to perform at the iconic Blue Note stages in New York and São Paulo, giving “solo double bass” concerts at ages 12 and 13. He is currently a member of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Youth Orchestra, performing at world-class venues such as the Appel Room, the Atrium of Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the Rose Theater, developing a musical approach that combines technical rigor, compositional sensitivity, and historical awareness of jazz.
