Johnathan Blake is one of the most dynamic and respected drummers in modern jazz — a masterful musician, composer, and bandleader whose sound blends deep groove, explosive energy, and extraordinary sensitivity. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Blake is the son of acclaimed jazz violinist John Blake Jr. and began playing drums at age 10, developing his voice within the city’s rich jazz tradition before going on to study at William Paterson University,

Known for his versatility and commanding presence behind the kit, Blake has performed and recorded with some of the most influential names in jazz, including Pharoah Sanders, Ravi Coltrane, Tom Harrell, Chris Potter, Maria Schneider, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Kenny Barron, Roy Hargrove, and the Mingus Big Band. As a bandleader, his acclaimed Blue Note releases Homeward Bound, Passage, and My Life Matters showcase his powerful compositional voice, emotional depth, and ability to bring together rhythm, melody, family legacy, and social consciousness through music.

Luis Perdomo is a Grammy Award-winning Venezuelan-born jazz pianist, composer, and educator celebrated for his virtuosic technique, lyrical improvisation, and dynamic artistry. A longtime collaborator with leading jazz artists including Miguel Zenón, Ravi Coltrane, and Tom Harrell, Perdomo has become one of the most respected pianists in contemporary jazz. His performances seamlessly blend the richness of Latin American musical traditions with modern jazz, delivering an unforgettable live experience.

Pianist, composer, and educator Jeb Patton is one of the most respected voices in straight-ahead jazz today. A protégé of jazz legends Sir Roland Hanna and Jimmy Heath, Patton has built an international reputation for his expressive playing, impeccable swing, and deep command of the jazz tradition. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has performed with renowned artists including George Coleman, Charles McPherson, James Moody, Lewis Nash, Antonio Hart, Roberta Gambarini, and Rodney Green, while also touring extensively with the legendary Heath Brothers and Jimmy Heath Quartet.
