Jacob Chung is a New York–based jazz saxophonist, composer, and bandleader known for his deep command of swing, vibrant tone, and modern straight-ahead artistry. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Chung has quickly become a compelling voice across North American jazz stages as both a leader and sought-after sideman. 

Chung has shared the stage with jazz luminaries including Joe Magnarelli, the John Pizzarelli Big Band, Peter Washington, Rodney Green, the Mingus Big Band, Pasquale Grasso, Ari Roland, and Joe Farnsworth. His festival appearances include performances with the Betty Carter Jazz Ahead program and prestigious invitational events such as the Oregon Coast Jazz Party.

Junhee Park is an accomplished jazz pianist and composer from Seoul, Korea, making waves on the New York jazz scene. A recent Manhattan School of Music graduate with a master’s in jazz piano performance, she has performed at Dizzy’s Club at Lincoln Center and Merkin Hall. Trained in both jazz and Brazilian music with John Riley and Rogério Boccato, Park writes and arranges original music for orchestra and large ensembles. She maintains a busy performance and teaching schedule in NYC and has placed in several Korean jazz competitions, including 1st prize at the Busan Haeundae Jazz Concours.

Diego Hedez is a Cuban-born trumpeter and composer now based in New York whose dynamic sound fuses Afro-Cuban tradition with contemporary jazz and improvisation. Since beginning his musical path as a child in Cuba’s prestigious National School of Arts, he has developed a distinctive voice that has led to collaborations with avant-garde icons and performances at major venues and festivals around the world. Known for his expressive playing and adventurous ensemble work, Diego continues to push musical boundaries with projects that blend rich cultural roots and modern jazz exploration.

Todd Bashore is a distinguished New York–based saxophonist, composer, arranger, and educator with over three decades of experience on the jazz scene. Known for his deep musical versatility, Todd has performed and recorded with jazz giants like Christian McBride, Slide Hampton, and Chico O’Farrill, appeared on Grammy-nominated and award-winning albums, and contributed arrangements for major ensembles including the Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra and Captain Black Big Band. A respected clinician and faculty member at institutions such as Princeton and Temple University, his work blends technical mastery with expressive improvisation that resonates with audiences of all kinds.

Ava Preston is a rising jazz vocalist and indie singer-songwriter based between Cleveland and New York, known for her rich blend of jazz, blues, pop, and original music. A 2024 Best Female Vocalist winner at the Cleveland Music Awards, a YoungArts finalist, and a multiple DownBeat Student Music Award winner, she’s performed at prestigious venues including the Monterey Jazz Festival, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and Birdland. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Jazz Voice at The Juilliard School, Ava brings soulful expression, deep musicality, and storytelling to every performance.
